Sports camp SPORTS 4U

Sports camp for non-professionals “SPORTS 4U” – 2017 is organized by and Sports Club Shotokan E.K.G. The Camp provides an active physical and theoretical preparation in the form of drills, games, lectures, competitions and related events. Held in extremely fit for the purpose sports complex with hotels, Olympic size swimming pools, rooms for training and closeness to nature, suitable for outdoor workouts. If you want to get in shape, improve your current one or simply to feel the atmosphere of healthy and vigorous people - this is the right place! IMPORTANT: The camp includes beginner, intermediate and advanced level, and is not intended only for active athletes or professionals!

One DAY at the camp:

The Sports camp offers many full of emotions options for improving health. You will feel the taste of life, you will sink in an ocean of new and positive feelings and will reach the limits of your sport, voluntary and human capabilities.


RUNNING short, medium and long distances is one of the most ancient activities through which people survived and still survive in the wild. Running exercises are the main training system which cleanses the body of internal fat deposits and build synergy between the musculoskeletal system, respiratory function and cardiovascular movement. Training positively influence the immune system and total alkalinity in the body. The Sports camp provide excellent opportunities for running practice with a variety of training places and terrains, with training alternating with theoretical explanations of key technical mechanisms - stepping, thrust and weight distribution of the body.


KARATE is an ancient Far Eastern martial arts system, which training consists of guidelines for the development of the body and practices for dynamic concentration and meditation. Trainings develop motor-physiological synchronization and coordination of movements, reduce tension in the occipital-shoulder girdle and improve the cardiovascular system. Karate is especially useful for children and adolescents, because it brings will, self-control and endurance by stimulating virtues and teaching peace, harmony and control.


YOGA is an Indian system of health, physical development, self-control and spiritual growth. The yoga practice of the Sports Camp is divided into three parts: asana (physical postures), breathing exercises (dry and in water) and meditation exercises. The physical postures are suitable for people of all ages, incl. children. They stretch the bone-tendon system, reduce tension and improve the conduct of neuromuscular and bioelectric impulses. The movements are flexible and the flow of energy in the body increases significantly. Yoga improves common health background, removes negative energy, relaxes the nervous system, activates the function of the skin and brings us into the world of full self-awareness. The positive effects of meditation practice are long-lasting and remain long after completion of the course.


SWIMMING is widespread in the Camp's sports activities. Instructors are former champions and athletes who will teach you how to improve sliding into the water, how to increase speed and rowing capabilities, and how to synchronize the breathing process with the technical swimming methodology. It gives a strong positive effect on the cardiovascular activity, the tendon-skeletal system, spine and joints. Swimming has a rejuvenating effect on the skin, lymphatic system and the whole body.


GENERAL PHYSICAL PREPARATION (fitness) builds the overall view of the body, gives confidence and a sense of enhanced physical capabilities. Our movements become strong, filled with energy and bring us back to youth. Sports Camp instructors will lead you through theoretical knowledge of the body and will present various systems for physical preparation and weight correction. You will learn how to eat, how to specify needed food quantities, ways of combining food and preferable foods. This will fill you with a sense of health, positive attitude and inexhaustable energy.

Good mood

GOOD MOOD in a warm friendly atmosphere is a factor no less important than the quality of physical or theoretical training. The Sports Camp provides conditions for easily building informal friendly atmosphere in order to achieve maximum comfort and motivation for exercises and training. The training and lectures days are followed by evenings full of laughter and fun.



In all trainings participants will be divided into groups of beginners and advanced, depending on their level and preparedness.


Besides physical trainings, the program also includes lectures about nutrition (before, during and after races), physiology, running techniques, information on how to protect yourself from injuries and many other useful topics.
